What do you use instead of wheat flour in your baked goods?
Every product is different, but all contain some combination of rice flour, tapioca flour and potato starch.

Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
No, our products do not contain preservatives or additives. They are also free of hydrogenated oils, making all of our products trans-fat free.

Are your products made in a dedicated gluten-free facility?
Yes! We are proud to say our store is 100% Gluten-Free!

Can I order cupcakes on your website?
Unfortunately cupcakes are difficult to deliver intact, so they are only available locally in the Manhattan area.

We use a messenger services for Manhattan residents. The fee is $8.50 for a small order and $20.00 for a larger order that requires a van. On the weekends, the fee is $30.00. Your order will get to you within 2 hours.

What is your shipping policy?
WE BAKE AND SHIP YOUR ORDER THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, MONDAYS THROUGH WEDNESDAYS.

Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are baked and shipped Monday morning.
Freshness is a priority, and we don't want your treats sitting in the post office over the weekend!

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, usually 2 business days ship time in the northeastern U.S.

Since our cookies are made without preservatives, the faster our cookies are shipped to your destination, the better.

See the map below for an estimate of UPS Ground ship times to a U.S. destination.

UPS Ground Shipment Map

WE RECOMMEND expedited delivery for orders shipped outside of the Northeastern U.S. We cannot guarantee freshness for orders shipped by Ground delivery outside of the eastern U.S. corridor.

If you wish to ship outside the continental U.S., please email us to discuss your shipping options.

What is the shelf life of your products?
We recommend eating our baked goods within a day or two....if they last that long! Placing them in airtight container will help preserve freshness. Everything but the cream cheese frosted cupcakes should not be refrigerated. Let the cream cheese cupcakes come to room temperature before eating. If you would like to freeze your baked goods, toasting the muffins and heating up the cookies should help bring them back to life.

Do you have a storefront?
Yes! We are located at 338 East 11th Street (between 1st and 2nd Avenues) in NYC's East Village.

Why the change of name?
We opened as Tully's Gluten-Free Bakery. Unfortunately, the name "Tully's" is a trademark of another company. Therefore, we needed to change our name to prevent trademark infringement.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We take all credit cards, but we have a $5 minimum.
