What is your shipping policy?
WE BAKE AND SHIP YOUR ORDER THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, MONDAYS THROUGH WEDNESDAYS.

Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are baked and shipped Monday morning.
Freshness is a priority, and we don't want your treats sitting in the post office over the weekend!

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground and shipping time estimates are as follows:
Northeast: 1-2 business days
Southeast: 2-3 business days
Midwest: 2-3 business days
West Coast: 4-5 business days (expedited shipping is recommended)

Please note that these are estimated times. You are only guaranteed if you choose to get your package overnighted or 2-day.
Please call the bakery if you would prefer one of these options.

Since our cookies & brownies are made without preservatives, the faster our cookies are shipped to your destination, the better.

What is the shelf life of your products?
We recommend eating our baked goods within a day or two....if they last that long! Placing them in airtight container will help preserve freshness. All cakes and cupcakes should be refrigerated and taken out 45 minutes before eating. If you would like to freeze your baked goods, toasting the muffins and heating up the cookies should help bring them back to life.

Do you have a storefront?
Yes! We are located at 338 East 11th Street (between 1st and 2nd Avenues) in NYC's East Village.

Why the change of name?
We opened as Tully's Gluten-Free Bakery. Unfortunately, the name "Tully's" is a trademark of another company. Therefore, we needed to change our name to prevent trademark infringement.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We take all credit cards, but we do have a $8 minimum.

What is your email address?
Please email us at jen@tu-lusbakery.com with any questions or comments.
